Inspections
An integral part of the service – main safety inspection by Hübner Playground Service once a year in spring or autumn in accordance with
- DIN EN 1176-
7 paragraphs 6, 6.2 c, preparation of an inspection report in accordance with DIN: - Inspecting structural stability, wear and tear, corrosion, rot, suspension ropes for strain,
- damage/breakage, stability of plug-
and screw connections, - damage to slides, seesaws, swing seats and tyres.
- Tightness of vacuum sealed components. Foundation and pillar inspections for rot and corrosion up to the top edge of the foundations. The entire playground is inspected, including the enclosure, benches and other facilities.

Tightness of vacuum sealed components. Gap between the equipment and the ground, ground conditions, cleanliness of the equipment.

Playground maintenance
Our safety inspections, from TÜV approvals through to maintenance and servicing are done in accordance with children’s playground law, DIN and German building code (BauO).

The company management also has a contact partner for external maintenance who is familiar with working independently as an experienced expert on monthly and quarterly inspections, as well as an engineer for main annual inspections who, as an expert, has broad expertise and particularly represents corporate interests towards supervisory authorities (construction supervision, health department, etc.) in an expert manner.
The proven exchange of experience of our company with TÜV or DEKRA will guarantee you the greatest possible objectivity and safety in quality assurance by their inspection engineers due to the independence of these institutes. Inspections are carried out in accordance with DIN EN 1176 and 1177, DIN 18034 and 31000. Defects are also rectified immediately by our company.
Our clean playground sand is the most innate (fifth?) element with which your child comes into contact after parental love, air, water and food.
